This is a logo and branding design project during my internship in Xueersi Online School. It was designed for a series of training programs for executive members within the educational institution. The names of the programs were “Tree,” “Forest,” “Photosynthesis,” and “Massing energy” (given by the client), indicating a shift of focus from individual growth to bigger groups that create values for their followers. Based on the names, the idea of leadership and value generation, I came up with the design elements like trees, sun (light bulb) and oxygen for the logos. And the branding system was designed for the Photosynthesis Program, including a signature board, name stickers, name plates, a course-completion certification, a letter of thanks, a scoreboard, and a handbook.
